During an update something went wrong with my blog rachelhopkinsblog.com
i cannot get it to work or let me log back in! it simply says: There has been a critical error on your website.
and I cannot even see my website. I am not sure what to do

Right, but I cannot find a way to get hold of wordpress to send me a link to get back in and fix it.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
@joyasanah, there are no sites under your account so the site you’re talking about is likely also hosted elsewhere.Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
