  Hi,
  Hopefully someone can help with my Easy Testimonials problem.

  My draft New Testimonial won’t display in a preview page. The preview page has the following message:
  There has been a critical error on your website.

  Does anyone know how to remedy the problem, please?

  I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?

  My site https://addbodybuilding.com doesn’t work. It says:

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
