‘There has been a critical error on your website’

Hello,
I am in need of assistance because I am getting the ‘There has been a critical error on your website’ issue and I cannot get rid of it. It happens at different moments but happens the most when I am using the Brizy page builder plugin. I deactivated the plug in but still saw the error. However, with the plugin installed I am able to still edit pages and perform all other actions on word press and the issue only pops up about 50% of the time. I can get it to occur almost 100% of the time on my page ‘Private Pilot Written Test Prep Sale Page’ if I open it in the Brizy editor and then click the preview button in the bottom right corner.
Can you tell me if this issue is with Brizy? Is there plugin out of date with wordpress? I have been unable to contact them and will be launching my website very soon.

Sorry for multiple replies but I believe I have a .com hosted site because my email is not logging me into the .org forum site.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
That site is entirely separate from your site. If you’ve never logged in there before, you’ll need to register for an account there.
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
