    I was nearly complete with my website. Most of my pages were built or incorporated Elementor and I am wondering if something with that is causing the error. I can’t access any pages or even my dashboard. I do have a message saying awaiting payment, but I paid for my subscription through HostGator. I am at a loss as to what to do and any help is appreciated. Thank you!!

    We won’t be able to help you here as your site is hosted on HostGator, not on WordPress.com.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
