    Hello – I am the Admin @ interlachen.net
    We are currently having a nightmare unfold. We are a financial institution with a major security issue. Someone has been able to continuously get access to our website – interlachen.net – and then upload their own info which appears to be some sort of Japanese or Chinese car parts website. As I noted, we are a commercial banking group so we cannot afford to have this happening. I know for a fact the site is secure on a server level at this point. However, I cannot even access the WP-Admin panel because of this error message ‘There has been a critical error on your website.’ Please assist in whatever way possible.

    Hello sorry to hear that if you go to people on WordPress do any unknown people come up if so click on them and scroll down to delete them. If not please reply I might be able to help

    The site interlachen.net appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on OrLANtech Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and OrLANtech also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
