  Hi,

  I cannot access my website anymore, I got a mail and I cannot log in, in the recovery mode either. Can you send a new link so I can access my website and try to fix the problem?

  Yes, sorry! It is: cimfrode.com

  WordPress version 5.4.8
  Current theme: Themify Ultra (version 2.1.8)
  Current plugin: WooCommerce (version 3.6.6)
  PHP version 8.0.13

  I disabled the theme: Themify Ultra because I need to update it and now I cannot access the recovery mode.

  On looking into this, it appears your site is hosted on One.com and not WordPress.com.

  Your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. As such, WordPress.com staff cannot access data and files on another host.
