There has been a critical error on your website.

Hi,
I cannot access my website anymore, I got a mail and I cannot log in, in the recovery mode either. Can you send a new link so I can access my website and try to fix the problem?

Hello @cimfro,
Thanks for providing this information and I am sorry to hear about your website.
On looking into this, it appears your site is hosted on One.com and not WordPress.com.
Your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. As such, WordPress.com staff cannot access data and files on another host.
You can get better help on your site from the WordPress.org Support forum, your hosting provider or this resource I found that pertains to your exact issue:

To understand the difference between WordPress.org and WordPress.com, please check this page:

I hope this helps. All the best.
