  However, I double checked on Whoishostingthis.com, and according to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=zeebrandshop.com, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com (Automattic), but on DigitalOcean. Staff are unable to assist in this case. I believe there is a way to contact DigitalOcean staff at https://www.digitalocean.com/company/contact/.
