‘there has been a critical issue on your site’ need help ASAP

‘there has been a critical issue on your site’. This is the message I am getting when I am trying to login to my site to make changes (like I always do). http://www.xxxxxx/wp-admin. It’s saying that instructions have been emailed to me to my site admin address. I have not received them — they are not in my spam or anywhere else.
I need to be able to resolve this and login into my website. This is my business website and I need to make changes asap.

Hi there,
I checked your account and see that two sites are connected via Jetpack. Neither of them are hosted here at WordPress.com, but rather with Go Daddy and Bluehost, respectively. One of them was hosted here 10 years ago, but was moved to Bluehost. I would recommend contacting your current site host, as they would be able to assist you in regaining access to the back end of your site:
Go Daddy: https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-godaddy-customer-support-20320
Bluehost: https://www.bluehost.com/contact/To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
