There is a belly fat ad in the middle of my blog!

Help. I scrolled down on my blog page and there is a belly fat ad that I didn’t put there. Please advise how it can be removed…. its totally embarrassing. Thank you.

There is nothing discreet about this ad. It is in the middle of the first page with that stupid cartoon in it. I see this VERY revolting ad everywhere on the internet. I would never in a million years click on it as I find so in poor taste. And now you are telling me I have to PAY to have it removed. WOW.
