There is a coding problem, links from other sites vanish

  In the last 24 hours, when I try to drop a link into a story, it doesn’t work. If I try to use the a href code, it VANISHES.

  Hi there!

  Just tried testing out links in a post and the link created appropriately for me:

  It sounds like you may have been creating links differently than I do, though. Can you take a screenshot of how you’re trying to add links and where they vanish? Once you have the screenshot, just upload it to your media library and I’ll view it.

  Wrong!

  It stopped working in ANY fashion for several hours and then suddenly began working again.

  The coding of WordPress has continuing problems. I can’t post videos except by doing the coding myself, for example whereas a year ago, I could do a simple drag and drop!

  This is after someone changed the coding to make it ‘better’ but IT STINKS.

  HI again!

  Bugs and issues do certainly come up with every application, WordPress included.

  I’d really love to find out what is making the links not appear correctly and then fix the problem, but I need your help telling me exactly how to make the issue appear.

  As you could see in that video (this link) I didn’t see the error, but I suspect if I had done something a little differently the error you’re referring to would appear.

  Could you please tell me step-by-step how you create links in your posts so we can track down where the issue is?
