  Hello, my website is showing critical error warning. I’ve already tried disabling all puglins and themes but it continues.

  Would reinstalling WordPress through the hosting’s file manager be a solution? If yes, how to do it without losing the homepage?

  Thanks for that! We cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look.

  You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix the source of that error without affecting your content.
