    Hi There,

    I can’t find any dash line in the menu or submenu items but can find a long line below the menu bar. Please check the below screenshot to let me know whether I understood your problem:-

    This line appears in Radcliffe 2 theme for the Featured Prompt feature. Go to My Site → Appearance → Customize → Featured Prompt and use the feature prompt area to promote your most important message right on the front page.

    Radcliffe 2 helps you promote your most important message right on the front page — use a headline, a brief description, and prominent link to drive visitors where you want them to go. Your message will display on the front page of your site, below the navigation menu

    If you don’t wish to use the Feature prompt, then you can change the theme and the line with disappear.
