  Hi there
  That’s the “blurb” that comes with the Edda theme. You can edit that, replacing the blurb with anything of your choosing (as long as it complies with the WordPress Terms of Service).

  If you are looking at the front page of your site while you are logged in, there will be a link to EDIT the page or post that only you can see. If you log out and look at the page, that link doesn’t appear.

  Let us know if you have any other question about that.
