Is possible that someone register a blog with my first and last name? In fact, I have only one registered blog. There is no contact-form or any kind of other informations here http://mensurkerla.wordpress.com/, so I cannot contact the administrator or give him/her a warrning! Help :-(

Yes, it’s possible. If you didn’t “bag it” then someone else could. Of course, it could be that it’s their name too!
Having looked at both blogs yours was only registered yesterday whilst the other has been going for a few months. Of course, my stupid inability to read the language means that I could be missing something fairly obvious!
Why do you want to give them a “warning”?

If you name is, for example, John Smith, would you like that someone owns a blog like johnsmith.wordpress.com and to have content you don’t like to have on your own website or blog… Warrning – not to use my name! :-) Thanks…
