  I am trying to get on my dashboard and edit menus but keep getting the error ‘ there is a problem saving to your menu’ Furthermore a representative from Jetpack emailed me and stated that my site is not active. Your kind help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

  You are posting to the wrong support forum.
  
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
