my name is Evan Jensen I own the said rights to the names beyond the edge of reality and also the paranormal herald also here on word press,there is a woman out of Virginia that has bought some name rights in her own home town not associated with me but claims she can have my named paper removed.The woman is a well known and alleged scammer.Carol L Malone can you tell me if my names on word press have been saved or are safe from others stealing the said names i have had the names for many years now and more then 2 years I beleive on word press. thanks

they have not yet tried to copy the name to WordPress but this was a heads up that they are attacking the paper with some sort of named document from Virginia looks like they paid for a name and the Virginia courts gave it to them in Virginia,but they are no way associated with my site at all but are trying to manipulate WordPress somehow is all. but ill try and file a complaint with word press for copyright infringement.

Complaints like this one are not dealt with here on the public support forums. Only Terms of Service Staff have authority in such cases and their authority applies to blogs hosted by WordPress.COM, not to any others.
