There is a wordpress glitch in the system

  I deleted a blog post about a hike and then I emptied the trash can in the admin section to get rid of the hiking post. However, that specific hiking post titled
  “Good Morning 2” is still showing up in the Reader Feed in the category of hiking. It shouldn’t be there. Its a ghost. There is also a similar problem showing up in my other blogs where I delete posts but they are still showing up in the categories. I already cleared my computer’s cookies and used different browsers. The problem still remains. The deleted posts are still showing up in the categories. Just wanted to let you know.

  That’s not a glitch, that’s how feeds work. The post goes out at the time of publishing and is displayed and sent to subscribers and so on at the time. You can’t un-publish an RSS feed.

  That doesn’t make sense. If something is deleted it should be off the site. Anyways, I checked back and the post is gone.
