There is no customize option for my blog.

  Hello,

  I am trying to choose a new theme for my blog, but I cannot activate any theme and there is no customize option in the Admin area. Am I not allowed to choose a new theme (one offered by WordPress, not an outside one) for a free WordPress blog? Please let me know.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When I go to activate a theme, it will not let me choose my site.
