there is no install button for theme

  I tried to install a there that I have got from the other website. however, there is no install theme or upload theme button on my dashboard. there is only manage theme. how can I install my own theme ???

  On a WP.com blog you can only use the themes provided.

  Because of the way WordPress.com’s technical infrastructure is designed, we are not able to upload custom WordPress themes on wordpress.com.
