there is no name server tab

  Hi,

  I need to change my name server but when i click on my domain then edit there is no tab option called name server which should belated on the left.

  Your speedy response would be much appreciated,

  HI Maxine,

  If you want to update the name servers for the domain: bassinyourface.co.uk, please note that that domain is not registered through us. You can only update the name servers via your registrar.

  I did a quick search and found that your domain is registered through: GoDaddy as seen here:

  https://who.wildwestdomains.com/whoisstd.aspx?domain=bassinyourface.co.uk&prog_id=wildwestdomains

  Please contact them regarding updating your name servers.

  Hi Grace,

  Thanks for your help. I have worked out how to update my name server through Godaddy now however because it needs to link to Word Press I need to know what Word Press requires me to put into this part.

  I went to your site, and found that it was loading properly as seen in the screenshot below:

  

  It can take some time to propagate. If you find that it is still not loading properly, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

  Thank you! When I go onto my site it is showing a completely different design to what you have just sent me. Ive got a screen shot of it, how do I attach it on here like you did?

  I will use the guide if things haven’t changed.

  Something else, I need to log into wp-admin.php, I enter my username and password however it is saying incorrect. Ive clicked on forgot password, enter my email/username and its saying invalid email/username.

  Once this is sorted I can work on my site but its frustrating at the moment because I can’t even log in!

  This is most likely the cache. Can you clear you cookies and cache as I mentioned above?

  As for logging in, please go here:

  http://wordpress.com

  and log in with the username: maxinegarman. If you don’t know the password, please reset it and try again with the new password.

  I’ve now done this and its still the same, I also just installed google chrome and opened it up on there to see if its what you got, but still a different design to what you sent?

  I can log into wordpress.com OK but my friend who uses WordPress said you need to log onto the admin section in order to edit and use wordpress e.g. http://www.bassinyourface.co.uk/wp-admin.php

  Is this right?

  Can you take a screenshot of what you see and upload it to your Media > Library page?

  I’m unable to replicate your issue. I’ve asked my colleagues to test this out and they also see what I see. I believe it is independent to your computer.

  I’m seeing your WordPress.com site on all browsers: Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Can you try on Firefox?

  Can you try a different computer that has never been to your site before?
