There is no 'Reading' option on settings

I am very frustrated. Everything I see that pertains to changing the number of posts on my page says to go to settings and select reading. My settings don’t show that. How am I supposed to change the number of posts? http://www.amillennialismexplained.wordpress.com

Try going to the dashboard that is accessible by choosing wp-admin at the bottom of the default dashboard or by adding /wp-admin at the end of your site address.
On that dashboard select Settings – Reading and you will find what you need.
