  Trying to login to wordpress admin but continue to receive this message: ‘There is no user registered with that email address’. However, the username I’m using is correct. Any idea how to resolve?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there,

  Since this a WordPress.com hosted website, you can just login to your WordPress.com account from here and then manage your site.

  Hi alibman,

  emergebydesign.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, connected to your WordPress.com account with the Jetpack plugin.

  You will have separate login details for that site and if you are unable to remember the password, please use the lost password form on this page:

  http://www.emergebydesign.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  We are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers so if the password reset form doesn’t work, please contact your hosting provider (Unified Layer). They should be able to help you out.
