  OK-I’m still subscribed to this thread and waiting to see what happens mid-August.

  Given that forum threads are automatically closed after about a month of inactivity, please do update us when this has been resolved (as Staff have magic powers and can post into closed threads.) :)

  If it’s not patched in WordPress core, and it hasn’t been yet, it definitely won’t be patched at WordPress.com.
