  Another person has a blog that has my personal information i want it deleted forever.

  Do you know this person’s site? If that site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com Automattic has no control over it’s content.

  If you wish to delete your account you can do so from the account settings page:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account/ as we cannot delete your account. You have to do yourself.
