There is still No Resolution. WordPress Site will not let Me pay for Domain Mapping. It is expiring!

  This is very very important, If our site goes offline there will be ramifications for our Socal Entrepreneurship.

  After Stating Multiple Times what our problem is (Cant Renew our Domain Mapping), I cant get Customer Support to resolve the problem. The problem is here , I am posting it again because I can not get Support on this issue.

  Hi there,

  The domain, ballybeggreens.ie, is already mapped to a WordPress.com site, but you don’t own that domain. That domain upgrade belongs to the username, ballybeggreens, and only that user is able to renew this upgrade. If you log in as that username you will be able to renew the domain.
