There seems to be a glitch in the visual editor

    For the past two weeks or so, I find the WordPress editor, for which I had an admiration in the past, all these days, seems to have a glitch, acting erratically and hampering my productivity.

    Whenever I press the return key, the arrow keys, or copy text using Ctrl+C, I am taken down to the bottom of the page.

    At first, I thought it was a temporary issue and would be rectified at your end. But, I find that nothing has been done at your end to rectify this error.

    I find this behaviour only in the visual editor and not in the text editor.

    Could you please look into this erratic behavior of the editor which I once love so much?

    Hi there,

    I’m so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reproduce this error on my end. Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

    Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of your browser:

    If that doesn’t work can you try using a different browser like Mozilla Firefox as a test? Let me know if you find the same issues there.

    Hi gracejiyoung,

    I have already the latest Chrome browser (Version 36.0.1985.125 m). As you suggested, I installed Mozilla Firefox and I find the Worpress.com Visual Editor working perfectly.
