Hi, im seriously struggling!! Ive posted in this forum already and had a reply but im still really stuck. There used to be a live chat facility on your wordpress but it doesnt seem to be active now…is there any way that i could speak with a human being at wordpress (a happiness engineer) who may be able to help me? I need to move my account to another supplier, i was told to fill in a form to recover my account but i cant seem to find any of the information you need to properly validate the request. Im currently holding back tears of frustration. Please can you help?

I’m a member of the staff (Happiness Engineer) as well as staff-doublebassd that gave you the information to recover your account on the other thread you opened.
The domain you want to transfer is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in. If you cannot access that account, then you can use the Account Recovery form (https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and send us the transaction ID associated with the domain purchase.
To retrieve the transaction ID you can contact your bank and then follow these instructions:
