  What to do when encountering the following error message while exporting text content. My internet connection is OK:

  ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’

  Thank you for the prompt help. I tried the same export procedure after seeing your post and the problem disappeared by itself.

  So I am OK now, thanks for your prompt support again!
