Hi All. I am a novice WordPress/Woocommerce user and have found myself in a situation several times now where I have successfully purchased multiple (~20) shipping labels in a row while fulfilling orders only to have this error come up for some unknown reason.
“There was a problem purchasing your shipping label. Please try again in a moment”
I have waited some 30 minutes or so and tried again about 4 more times with no success. Now I cannot complete my orders until I get this resolved.
I have confirmed with the bank that there is no issue with the credit card that is being charged so I am left puzzled on how to resolve and more importantly avoid this as it is causing unnecessary delays with my orders.

If you’re using another shipping plugin, you would need to reach out to the plugin support team or search for the plugin name https://wordpress.org/plugins/ and then navigate to the support page to ask the question on the forums.
