There was a problem saving your changes.
-
I mistyped my email address when setting up my blog, now when I go into account settings and try and change the email spelling I get:There was a problem saving your changes.
And cant move on from there, its really frustrating as I cant activate the account/profile as the email entered is well wrong and (one word mispelt).
Anyway this function can be made to work correctly?
Is it because I have another account? Last year I tried to register (possibly under a different profile name – I forget) but never move any further than registering my username and email address – never enough time!
Any assistance?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
A new WordPress.com account requires the user to verify their email address. Since you’ve entered a wrong email address while opening that account, you were unable to activate the WP account. You may now actually try to create the mistyped email address (you can get it if available), resend the verification email from WordPress.com, verify the email and hence activate the WP account. Then you can use it.
Best of luck.
