The past couple of days, I have not been able to make any edits to my menu. Like, at all.
What do I do?I wanted to add a child menu. But I can’t do that. Or, anything else. I can’t move any pages around. I can’t delete a page. Nothing.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I thought it was clear in the title what happens. I get the message, “There was a problem saving your menu.”
No changes are able to be saved.I use Safari. I will try your suggestions and get back to you.
-
I’ll do some searching and see if there are known Safari issues. Which version of it are you using please?

Hi @artofdrem, are you editing your menus here?
https://wordpress.com/menus/artofdrem.com
You mentioned you can’t move the pages around and what not — are you able to move them around but just not save them?
-
I can move, that is correct. Just not save any movement or addition of any type. I tried a bunch of different combinations. I am now on my desktop running Chrome. Same issue.
I did not have this issue last week or so. -
Thanks @artofdrem, can you arrange the menu items the way you like them, then send a screenshot? That way we can try logging in as you and arranging them correctly before attempting to save the changes.

@artofdrem, well, I duplicated the problem you’re running into, but couldn’t find any clearer console / network errors like I’d normally see. So I tried creating the menu again from scratch, this time without the slashes, thinking they may have caused a problem.
That worked, so I tried adding the slashes back in. That seems to be working too. So my best guess at this point is that the original menu was corrupted somehow. Right now your new menu is working. Let us know whether you’d like us to keep digging into the problem with the original menu, or whether you’re fine with just using the new one. Thanks!

Im getting the same error message when im trying to add a page on one of my menus.
i tried a few things like different browsers and deleting caches and history, but still wont work. please help. -
Hi @flrnfryld, in @artofdrem’s case, I ended up just creating the menu again, as the old one was corrupted.
Do you want to give that a try, and if you need more help, start a new thread? You’ll want to add the Modlook tag to it, too.
I’ll go ahead and close this one out since the original post is resolved. That way @artofdrem and @timethief won’t get notifications with each of our replies.
