  I cannot save my settings. I get the subject message every time with no hint as to what the problem might be. Please help.

  What type of settings changes are you attempting to make? And what’s the address of the page on which you are attempting to make the changes?

  Hi –
  The problem is resolved, although I’m not at all sure why. I used the iPad app to set up a journal and it worked fine. I could not accomplish the same thing on my PC. But it’s done now, and thank you for the response. I’ve been a bit rushed lately, and next time I’ll make a note of the answers to all of the questions you asked. This time I could not possibly duplicate the problem if I tried. All I remember is I was trying to add people to my private journal, and it would not let me.
