"There was an error retrieving your site settings."

I also found out I cannot log in to my own WordPress website.
My website is hosted with Bluehost and it is on a shared IP. So I don’t have HTTPS.
I tried to verify my domain (nosyjossie.com) with Google Services by copying the html-tag. However, on wordpress.com, I get “There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure Jetpack is up to date.” It is up to date.
I’ve tried logging in to my website by clicking the “Log in with WordPress.com” button but it redirects to “https://nosyjossie.com/~nosyjoss/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fnosyjossie.com%2F~nosyjoss%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1”
The https:// version doesn’t exist so all browsers throw up the “this site isn’t safe” page.
How can I log in to my website again, and how can WordPress.com sync again with nosyjossie.com?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

nosyjossie.com is a wordpress.org software install on paid hosting, hosted by Unified Layer (Bluehost servers), not by wordpress.COM.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
That site is not on our servers and we cannot help you. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
