There's a "related product" element on my product page and I want to take it off

I didn’t create our word press page but now I need to edit it. I can’t figure out how to remove this element from the page. For every one product, there’s something coming up on the bottom for “Related Products” . I need to edit or delete this Related Products feature and can’t figure out how to do it. Is it located in the template for the site? Or is there a separate page for these added features?

I don’t see a “subscribe to” link on the sidebar of this page, I do see an Unsubscribe and add to favourites. I should also say that the web site for which I am seeking assistance is maverickwine.ca, not the one that is automatically linking to my email address. But that doesn’t change my question. The theme that is used for that website is “upstart child.”

If you see an unsubscribe link then you are subscribed. Click it an unsubscribe because http://www.maverickwine.ca/ is not hosted here and we cannot help with it.
We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

Thank you. Confirms my suspicions that NOTHING is simple about word press, not even figuring out where to edit the page. Not your fault I’m so ignorant, I am just used to much easier platforms.
