There’s an Issue With My Site’s Jetpack Connection

    Hi there,

    My site, JourneyJealousy.com is down, when I search the domain in google it comes up with the error ‘This site can’t provide a secure connection.’ When I log onto WordPress it tells me to ‘Please check your primary sites jetpack connection’ however when I try to do this I am unable to access the WP admin page as it just comes up with the ‘This site can’t provide a secure connection.’ Can I check my jetpack connection without going on to the WP admin page? Please help me get my blog back up and running!

    Hi,

    When I visit your site, I get an SSL certificate error, and it doesn’t load. This is why you’re getting that Jetpack error. Your site is down, and Jetpack cannot make a connection to it.

    To fix that issue and restore your site, please contact your hosting provider. They’ll be able to identify the cause of the problem and resolve it.
