  i am trying to post a new post and i dint find the SEO option for keyword, meta description etc,,,, how do i go about it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not to worry as the SEO plugins are useless in any event. There is no substitute for learning SEO and applying it and no plugin replaces actual knowledge.
