There's no User Tab to add editors on dashboard.

  I am trying to add contributors as editors to this side. I understand that I need to click on the “users” tab in the dashboard, but the tab is not there. Do you know how to get the tab back so I can add contributors?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to to the Users page http://dissectingthenews.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php
