    How long will it take for you crooks to refund my money? I see why you all have such SORRY reviews. I will definitely tell my friends and community of this practice.

    Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the refund process. As stated in this previous thread on 2/21, it sounds like a staff member confirmed that there were no purchases through this account.

    My guess is that you likely have a self-hosted WordPress site purchased through another company (maybe BlueHost, Hostgator, GoDaddy, etc) and installed the free WordPress software. That would mean that the refund would have to go through the company you made the purchase on.

    Another possibility is that you may have a second WordPress account, and the purchase may have been made there.

    Either way, the best way we can help you is if you share your website’s address or URL (ex. mycoolwebsite.com). With that info, we can track who is hosting the website and determine who you need to contact. If it is in fact hosted by WordPress/Automattic, a staff member can help you from there.
