I was unaware of a recurring charge to my card (256 pounds!!!!) I now cannot find how to get this refunded. I now try and close my account and I’m led to ask the bloody public forum!? Why must I ask public forum, just give me my money back and close my account that I have never used. thieves.

I have been unable to get this refunded. It is an annual subscription that I did not want I have not used my account, ever, yet I’ve been charge £256 and can’t find a way of getting this back?

Hi,
You must be talking about the auto-renewal for your site thedeadfundmanager.co.uk. As @supernovia mentioned in your previous thread, you have already disputed the charge, and so you’re not able to issue a refund from your account.
If you can still cancel the dispute, you can do that and reach back about refunding the plan on our side. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait until the chargeback is reviewed by Stripe.
