Think I need to restart process using wordpress.org

I wanted to install a custom plugin https://documentor.in/ to create an online manual as a test but I think I need to restart this process is going to be a bit more involved in that I need to have access to upload FTP files using the wordpress.org option. If you can confirm this, then I will delete this account and start over. Thanks for your time. WP looks really really cool.

Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality. For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site. The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
