Think I’ve deleted my blog access

  I need help. My blog is https://bizzimummy.com.
  today I was having some Jetpack upload issues so I went into my admin. There was a message telling me I had 2 sites and needed to only be one. So I did some sort of merge. And now I can only get access to the very old free WordPress blog from 2018. No media or recent posts.
  my site is still online but I can’t access it. Plssse help
