Third Party HTML Code

  I have HTML code from Infusionsoft for a contact form. I place it on one of my pages and it shows however the ability to fill in the form and submit isn’t there. On the CSS forum i found out that WordPress security is scrubbing out part of the code due to security. I spoke to Infusionsoft and they said they have other clients using WordPress sites that support their code. Anyone have any insight on this or had this issue and can help me find a way to use this HTML code?
