Third-party script (365Scores) shows in editor but not on published page
-
I’m having an issue embedding a third-party script from 365Scores into my WordPress blog, and I’d appreciate some guidance as I’m not very tech-savvy.
The script appears correctly inside the WordPress editor (wp-admin), but after the post is published, the 365Scores content does not show on the live page.
What I’ve checked so far:
- My site uses a .com domain and is served over HTTPS
- The embed looks fine in the editor preview
- I found some answers mentioning that the issue might be related to using a free version, but I’m not sure what that means in this case
- I also read that WordPress or hosting/security settings might block third-party scripts on published pages
Since I don’t have a strong technical background, I’m not sure:
- Why a script would work in the editor but not on the live page
- Whether WordPress blocks certain third-party JavaScript embeds by default
- If this could be related to security plugins, caching, or other site settings
- What the recommended or beginner-friendly way is to embed external scripts like 365Scores
Any advice on what I might be missing, or simple steps I can follow to troubleshoot this, would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to add the page that has the issue above, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://notordinaryblogger.com – nor can we help with third party scripts et all. You must contact support of that 365Scores

Yes, as mentioned by @staartmees, our support options are very much limited for Self-hosted WordPress sites. We suggest you to contact support of 365Scores.
