Third Party Templates and "Premium wordpress.com" package

  I currently subscribe to the wordpress.com Premium package. I am wondering if I can use 15Zine template (purchased through third party theme forest ) under the premium wordless.com package, or if I must change to wordpress.org. ??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No third party themes are allowed on WordPress.COM – security and reliability issues – themes here are highly modified to run here

  If you want to use third party themes, you must go to a WordPress.ORG software install on your own host
