  I am trying to upload a third party theme on a free account. Do have to pay to do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  On WordPress.COM, you can’t use any third party themes. The themes you can use on WordPress.COM are here: https://theme.wordpress.com/
