'This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed'

New user, started last night. I did have this problem last night, but clicking ‘refresh’ in my browser many times the page would finally load. I have also been working in it just now with no issues until I published the page. Then this problem began again and ‘refresh’ doesn’t seem to be working any more.
I just “published” my home page, but the site isn’t launched yet, so I’m not sure if you can see anything.

Hi there,
I can see that there is content on your site so I think you were able to solve the
the site isn’t launched yetissue. Great!About the ‘refresh’ problem. This seems like a browser cache issue. You can find instructions about how to clear your browser cache here:

Let us know if that helped.

You are correct. I switched browsers and continued to work.
I believe the issue is fixed in my original browser with your suggestion.
Thank you!

I thought I closed this thread but since I guess I didn’t I’ll check further with you. Originally I was using Firefox (switched to Chrome to finish up that night). So I cleared the cache in Firefox and was expecting then to be able to work in it. However, my home page continues to display that message. My posts page comes up just fine.
Do I just have to use Chrome all the time? I really do prefer Firefox.

You can check to see if your Firefox is updated to newest version:

Thank you, updated Firefox and my home page is displaying properly in the editor now. Thank you!
