  I am trying to edit a block my home page, but every time I get the message ‘this block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.’ I have tried multiple computers and multiple web browsers, and I still get this message.

  I checked all the blocks on your homepage, and none is showing that error. Can you please clear your browser’s cache (https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache) or try a different browser and see if that works?
