  It could mean your site has suffered a technical glitch, or that you pressed the ‘delete’ button without meaning to. But mostly it means the admins didn’t like your blog.

  bigray, it means that you were doing something you shouldn’t have been doing, or linking to such. In your case, piracy of copyrighted materials.

  The blog you posted the link for is not a wordpress.com blog. You are, in essence, barking up the wrong tree. Go to the web host that hosts your blog and ask there there. Also note that the answer will be the same wherever you go. If you do not hold the copyright to the material that you post on a blog and/or you do not have written permission to post it on the blog from the copyright holder, then what you are doing is illegal and you are liable to prosecution.
