  I found the solution to fix this issue. Yeaaaaaaaa!
  error on root: This blog has been archived or suspended

  Okay, all you need to do is locate your database that is running the website that has this error “This blog has been archived or suspended “, then launch it in SQL server panel in your host. Now go to WP_BLOGS table then click the icon browse, you will then be in the table with all the SQL query’s. Now you will need to push the edit button locate ARCHIVED, then change the values to 0! The Problem is solved.

  How it happened!!!!
  The issue accrued when I pushed the “deactivate blogs,” in my dashboard panel “Never do this!”

  You might want to post that over in the ORG Support forum, because those of us blogging here on WordPress.COM don’t have access to any SQL database.
