  My blog has been suspended, I have tried contacting support for over a week now with no response. Does anyone have an e-mail address I can use to contact someone?

  If you used the link in the message in the dashboard, the TOS department has your contact and will get back to you as soon as they can. Going by email would be even slower since using the link puts your contact directly into their ticketing system and those are answered in the order they are received whereas emails have to be sorted and routed and such.
